Design
The old design for the Nautical 10.6′ SUP launch was, while not bad, bland. Fortunately, the nautical 10.6′ SUP 2022 gets a good makeover.
More color contrast is incorporated via the board design, the Nautical 10.6′ SUP’s compass logo is featured more prominently, and contrast pinstripe is introduced on the deck pad.
All in all, the effect is a bit more sophisticated and less bargain-bin. There are also more color schemes this year: Teal, Sky Blue, and Gray. We tested all through the reviews in the Blue color. Overall, Nautical 10.6′ SUP 2025 upped their game appearance-wise this season.

Construction
The Nautical 10.6′ SUP is made with a durable drop-stitch core covered by two layers of PVC material, and it shares much of the hardware you see with that used on the brand’s more costly SUP lines.
The finish and fit of our board were OK, better than we generally find on ISUPsatn this price tag. You do not see a panel at this price are some of the more exotic construction methods like carbon fiber reinforced side rails (IROCKER uses this on their Black Fin boards like Model X), or soft woven drop stitch build.
These benefit from adding additional rigidity to a boar and saving weight but come at a significant price tag.
With its nautical family, the brand has had to strike a good balance between building a reliable, solid SUP and keeping it affordable. We think they got it right.

Paddling Performance
The Nautical 10.6′ SUP is an all-around paddle board for moderate stability and general on the water fin.
It is the best board to learn, and given the affordable price tag, it was unsurprisingly one of the most well-known models you can buy in 2025.
It’s the same in dimensions,s and the IRCOKER is All-round 10 feet, clocking in at 6″ long. For comparison, we found the Nautical 10.6′ SUP to handle similarly in terms of maneuverability and stability, though the all-around 10 feet had better straight-line tracking.
While not made to be a record-breaker in terms of speed, the Nautical SUP paddles well on the water, and you would not find it sluggish for recreational paddling.
If you are looking for a paddleboard that can be used for many conditions and activities without breaking the wallet, the Nautical 10.6′ SUP is an attractive option.

The end…
We’d say we’re surprised at what’s better worth this paddleboard, but it is the same as the previous model, and we were amazed then! Still, the company continues to do an excellent job in offering what we consider the valued inflatable standup paddleboard on the market.
Considering the features you also get and the quality of the build, there are few, if any, better choices at that price tag.
Admittedly, this is not the best paddleboard you can buy, but it has all most people need, and most of the functions it excludes are ones we rarely use.
When comparing the Nautical 10.6′ SUP to other boards, the biggest problem is that it doesn’t have similar attachment points. It, therefore, can’t use things such as the fishing brackets or other essentials that IROCKER and other brands might come up with in the future.
If you are in the market for the best quality SUP but do not want to break your wallet, you would be hard-pressed to find a better choice than the 2025 Nautical 10.6′ SUP. Remember that this variant also comes in 11.6 feet model that was newly added this year. Someone using this paddle board probably would not need them anyway.
