WARRANTY

All parts of this SUP Board Gear are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

WARRANTY TERMS

This warranty is extensive in that it covers the replacement of all defective showerhead parts. LABOR CHARGES AND DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE, ARE EXCLUDED. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt/invoice) from the original purchaser must be made available to SUP Board Gear . for all warranty claims.

THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY BY SUP Board Gear,  WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND VALID OVER IT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. This warranty applies only to Bricor shower heads made after January 1, 2000.

This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial, and business usage, whose purchasers are now extended a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except for the duration of the contract.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Any damage to this SUP Board resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or any use of other than genuine SUP Board Gear replacement parts WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It applies only to SUP Board Gear installed in the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, and some foreign locations.

WARNING: SUP Board Gear will not be responsible or liable for any failure and damage to this product caused by its use of water containing high chlorine concentrations that exceed the acceptable ppm concentration limit for human exposure levels.

SUP Board Gear Warranty
