The GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Board at 10.6 sits comfortably within the mid-sized range of all-around recreational paddleboards, which will be finely suited for average-sized paddlers.

At the narrower end of the width spectrum, 32 inches, the paddleboard will clear.

For a more streamlined ride that’ll also track well. The thickness in conjunction with the GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Board build quality is where its buoyancy and rigidity come from, making it perfect for beginners at intermediate riders offering a more stable ride that’ll sit higher out of the water.

The build method of the GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Boards is somewhat unique in that they can use SCE technology which is water makes an extremely durably but super lightweight board. The Super Construction Enhancement laminates and blends a traditional one layer with a new layer to make enhanced stuff.

The material envelopes the inner drop stitch core of the paddleboard. The dense drop stitch build uses tons of polyester threads that connect the outer content, which allows the paddleboard to maintain form and rigidit6y under extreme pressure.

The outcome is that SCE builds one layered board that provides a similar level of rigidity and is ultra-durable as a double-layered paddleboard but is lighter in weight, making it one to ride, carry and transport.

Rounding out the GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Boards exterior is the diamond-formed textured EVA deck paddling that covers most of its surface, offering cushioned slip-free traction while paddling. While simple in design, the four-point bungee system has enough space to store your water-resistant bag or other personal items.

In the mid is the grab handle for maneuvering or carrying the GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Board, and while there’s only one handle, that’d be sufficient given the SUPs’ weight. On the rear of the paddleboard is a one D-ring for attracting your SUP leash and best value for inflation which is said to be factory tested and 100 percent airtight.

On the underside of the paddleboard, we have the fins, which are in a standard triplefin configuration. The big detachable 9 inches center fin, locked in place by a pin, is accompanied by two fixed side fins. This configuration is how most SUPs are set up to optimize tracking.

Build

The company states that the GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Board comprises one laminated solid layer. This keeps the board strong and lightweight. The GOOSEHILL Inflatable Rainbow board is made with SCE tech, which combines a laminated layer and solid drop stitch core, creating a durable and rigid SUP.

The GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Board that I have feels quite durable. The Rainbow model is better suited for SUP yoga, fishing, or even white water. I have not heard of any problems, and I’ve no issues with recreational paddling.

Light and easy to use

These SUPs weigh 20.5 to 22.5 pounds, so they’re light and easy to carry when inflated or even when packed into the bag.

I don’t think anybody has any issue transporting these GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Boards to and from the water anywhere their water adventures take them. Also, they take a small effort to paddle and propel forward or maneuver because they’re so light.

Performance

These indeed are the quickest SUPs, but GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Board glides smoothly and tracks better than one would expect for 32 inches SUP. I had no issue simply paddling along calm water or cursing on the lake.

The SUP is also perfect for taking a break, having a seat, and just chilling. It is super light and stable, so I find that I am super comfortable regardless of whether I’m sitting, paddling, or kneeling.

Stability

The overall design with the rounded nose and little tapered tail is well-known for beginner paddlers. Though what makes this additional paddleboard stable is the fact that the nail and beak don’t move tapper too sharply.

It is 32 inches most of the paddleboard length, making a bigger platform than an all-around SUP that tapers off towards the back and front. Consequently, it’s a highly comfortable ride.

I’d recommend the Rainbow paddleboard over the GOOSEHILL Inflatable Sailor SUP Board. The rainbow is made a bit stronger and can hold more stability, or you can paddle with your pets or kids on SUP. For a lightweight paddler, the person who plans to only paddle in calm water, the GOOSEHILL Inflatable SUP Board works excellent.
